The Dunn family, Wendouree Grazing, Walcha are consistently one of our top producers and today they cemented that reputation, setting a new Tamworth record price for lambs. Their 81-90kg lambs sold through Davidson Cameron made $435 to smash the record of $420 set two weeks ago by the Pike family from Werris Creek.

 Evan Dunn said he’s been holding the lambs back and thought he might have had a shot at the record today. That decision weighed in their favour with low supply and high demand creating the perfect storm for those selling. Wendouree also topped the lambs last week at $415, and with the Pike family now out of lambs, they could hold the top place for some time.
